St. Louis Real Estate Market Shows Resilience Amidst National Trends

The median sale price for the metro area in August 2025 was around $285,000, a 5.2% increase from August 2024.

However, the city of St.Louis saw a decrease in median sale price in June 2025 to around $259,000, down 5.1% from June 2024.

Inventory remains tight in St.Louis, with supply at about 2.4 months compared to 9.8 months nationally.

Homes in the city are still selling quickly, with an average of 24 days on the market in June.

Forecasts predict modest price growth of 1.7% for St.Louis by October 2025, indicating a slower and steadier market compared to previous years.
